Khloe made her debut in the Herve Leger bandage dress first for an outing in Hollywood, and then big sis Kim donned a very similar version for a dinner date at Katsuya. So who wore it better? Kim clearly knows how to wear a dress rather than have the dress wear her. Khloe definitely needs some guidance in that department.
